I had received a same question from different DIYers, asking that after complete my design, and test it with equipments; and how's my listening test as final? (---See here, George, Rachael and you Fred, I put this page specially for you guys ;)---) Here's some photos from one of my friend who help me perform listening test for all my design. although the room size is only 10'X12'. The CD player( California Audio Labs Alpha) is not shown in the photo, its in my shop for repairing.

Here's left corner of the listening room. turntable at the left side is Rega P3, PSE 300B behind it and the far behind is Power Company. Right from front is J.A.Michell TecnoDec, Gyro SE, and a cute little SPUD 6C45pi amplifier that permanently stay over there...

Walls are installed with custom made sound trap, to get rid of unwanted resonance. The wooden box with a tube is not DIY subwoofer, that is tuned bass-strap to control a notch / coloration.

Speaker from left is Spendor, and Audio Note AZ3 at behind, which provide 94dB of sensitivity.

Most of the testing signal sources are from Gyro SE, and Cd player that mentioned above. There's no space for more than 2 person to listen to the setup, only a seat in the room and must be careful when walk into the room, wires everywhere!
